Ms. Dube has been working with the Natavillage community members for approximately one year. During her time in Natavillage she was the Prevention of Mother to Child(BONEPWA) Site Facilitator. Ms. Dube was responsible for the supervision of daily activities performed by her co-workers(Peer Mothers) in the prevention of mother to child program, as well as project reporting on a monthly basis. Ms. Dube offered counseling services to clients referred by her co-workers and discussed facts about PMTCT, HIV/AIDS. Furthermore, Ms. Dube facilitated the evening support groups with their partners. During Ms. Dube's one year work performance she and her co-workers manage to register 97 patients on PMTCT and 44 pregnant mothers who tested negative. Ms. Dube's co-workers(Peer Mothers) always counsel patients during their door to door visits, health talks at the work place on safe sex and family planning, adherence to PMTCT and ARV protocol, encouraging baby testing, joining support groups, partner testing, and lastly giving knowledge on basic facts and assisting patients in making better and safer decisions. Ms. Dube will be missed at Nata clinic. All the staff and friends wish her well in her next move to help her fellow citizens of Botswana.
