CDC to visit Nata

Officials from the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia will be in Nata on Tuesday April 11^th.  Cases of malnourished children are on the rise and the CDC wants to randomly select 23 children from Nata to participate in the study.  We will be going house to house to weigh and measure children to see if they fall in the malnourished category.  They are trying to determine if this is HIV/AIDS related or there is some other cause.

Be careful! The CDC has a spotty history, to put it nicely. It's a big organization with diverse staff I'm sure - but one of the best things about blogging is that you can let your international supporters know that the CDC is visiting and folks internationally can say things like "be careful!"
